Welcome to the Celebrators Garden

A bit about our Garden We here in the The Celebrators Garden have a wonderful time helping our sister's celebrate their special days. We make pages only for WOSIBLives members for their birthdays and anniversaries, and wedding day. We make the requested pages and sign guestbooks for our WOSIBLives Sister.


When you join WOSIBlives you gave your special day info by filling in the database. If you arr getting married please email us to let us know. If anniversary info has changed, please click here to update your info.

Celebrators is designed so any WOSIBLives member who wants to party with us, as we celebrate a WOSIBLives Sisters special day, can join this garden.

We have both pagemakers and gifter/signers

Pagemakers:

• YOU MUST HAVE A WEBSITE. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF HTML. BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES.
• Must be able or willing to learn how to zip files and Use FTP to be a Pagemaker.
• You do not have to be a graphic designer to be a pagemaker. You do have to know HTML, be able to set up a free site on bravenet free hosting and set up a guest book on bravenet. Using Linkware is fine. Using frontpage for editor is fine. We do require new pagemakers to do a test set up to get the feel for how pages are set up with poems, adoptions, and linking to gift and quilt page. Pagemakers are also required to sign the guestbooks for all pages sent from Celebrators Garden. You must join the Celebrators Yahoo Group to be a pagemaker.

Gifters & Signers:

• You do not have to have a website to be a gifter & signer.
• You do not have to know how to make graphics to be a gifter/signer. We have ladies in the garden that will make a gift for you for the gift pages, and a gift for you to leave in guestbooks if you can not make graphic gifts. WOSIBLives Designers Garden also has pre-made gifts and on request will make gift for you to use if you want to visit WOSIBLives Designers Garden.
• The responsibility of Gifters & Signers is to sign the guestbooks for all pages done by Celebrators Garden. When you sign the book you leave a gift and your celebrators badge with your entry. Once a year, three gifts are required that go on the gift pages: One Birthday, One Anniversary and One Wedding gift. Again, if you don't make graphics this is not a problem. We have ladies who will make a gift for you.
• You must join the Celebrators Yahoo Group to be in a gifter & signer.

The following are the rules for active participation in this garden:

• You must stay subscribed to the yahoo list, this is where the pages that are completed will be posted. You may be on individual mail or daily digest. You may not put yourself on no mail or special notices unless you are on LOA.
• If you need to take an LOA, please notify the garden head and fill out the form. If you are on LOA in one garden then you must be on LOA in all gardens, and be put on no mail.
• Pagemakers if you cannot complete the assignment given to you, please notify the garden head as soon as possible. Assignments will be sent out monthly the month prior to the due date. You must submit your assigned page at least seven days before the page is due to be sent. Pagemakers are also required to sign all the guestbooks.
• Gifter/signers must sign all the guestbooks that pagemakers send through the list.
• To get credit for signing guestbooks, you must have the guestbooks signed three days before the pages go out.
• We have the 3-strike rule: If a member does not complete 3 assignments in a row, she could be asked to leave the garden. This rule does not apply to those on LOA.
• Pagemakers must do a sample page before becoming a pagemaker: this can be done on a free server or your personal site, if you have one.
